This is a refrigerated product, how is it shipped?

We ship via Canada Post or UPS either next day or 2-day service depending on your location. The shipping box is insulated and includes ice packs to keep your cookies cold until they arrive on your doorstep.

When will I get my delivery?

As this is a refrigerated product, we only ship Monday/Tuesday/Wednesdays to ensure that the package doesn’t get stuck somewhere over the weekend. If you order after 12:00pm PST on Wednesday, your order will be shipped the following Monday.

Can I freeze them?

Yes you can, if you would like to store the cookies past the best before date listed, you can absolutely store them in the freezer. Just expect to add a minute or two on to the bake time if you bake them straight from the freezer.

Can I eat these cookie dough balls raw?

While there are no eggs or dairy in the dough, wheat flour is technically a raw ingredient and not recommended to be eaten unbaked.

We make our cookies in a commercial kitchen facility and follow strict sanitization standards to prevent COVID-19 and other pathogens.
